Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Website Content Crawler ("the Service") is a web-based tool operated by TrendFork OÜ that crawls publicly accessible websites and extracts their textual content as Markdown files. The Service also collects image URLs from crawled pages.

2. Account & Authentication

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Credits & Pricing

• New accounts receive 1,000 free words for their first crawl
• Additional word credits can be purchased at 1 EUR per 1,000 words
• All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Word credits are deducted based on the actual word count of crawled content
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a crawl operation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Crawl websites you do not have permission to access
• Use the extracted content in violation of copyright law
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Content Responsibility

The Service extracts publicly available content from websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use the content you crawl. TrendFork OÜ is not responsible for the content extracted by the crawler.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TrendFork OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of crawled content.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Payments are directed to [email protected]. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review. Unused credits may be refunded; consumed credits are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, where TrendFork OÜ is registered.
